Job summary

LinuxRecruit is helping a European startup scale AI across operations. They’re early-stage (~10 people) and seeking FDEs who thrive in ambiguity, own problems end-to-end, and ship end-to-end from discovery to delivery. You will work with leadership, design solutions, and build products that sit at AI, data, workflows and human behaviour.

No handoffs; you’ll own the problem and deliver impact. If you’re intense, have built something before, and love owning outcomes over titles, this is your role

Qualifications

• Experience solving ambiguous problems end-to-end.
• Proven ability to design and build solutions from unclear requirements.
• Experience working with leadership teams and customers.
