Job summary

Picture More in London seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop and deploy production AI applications using Python and Microsoft AI technologies. This role emphasizes hands-on engineering and delivering real-world AI solutions with strong tech leadership.

You will work on document analysis, summarisation, research and workflow automation, integrating LLMs with enterprise data and systems while ensuring security and governance standards. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience delivering production AI solutions.
• Strong software engineering skills with Python.
• Experience with modern Microsoft AI technologies (Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with LLMs, NLP and generative AI.
• Ability to integrate AI features into existing enterprise systems.
• Understanding of security, data privacy and governance in AI deployments.

AI Solutions Engineer

£90,000 to £105,000 London Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

Are you a hands-on AI Engineer who enjoys building and deploying real-world AI solutions rather than simply talking about their potential?

We are working with a prestigious international professional services organisation looking for an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to help design, develop and deploy secure, scalable AI solutions across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key technical role in delivering practical AI applications, leveraging Microsoft technologies, large language models (LLMs) and intelligent automation to transform business processes.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven commercial experience developing and deploying AI solutions into production.
• Strong hands-on software engineering skills, ideally using Python.
• Practical experience with Microsoft AI technologies, particularly Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with LLMs, natural language processing and generative AI applications.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing applications, business processes and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of secure software development, data protection and scalable solution architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into working technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, delivery-focused approach.

Experience within legal, financial or other professional services environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

Importantly, this is a hands-on engineering and delivery role, not a purely strategic AI or innovation position. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate AI solutions they have personally built, deployed and supported in production.
