Job summary

Picture More Ltd is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer in London to design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI applications. You will build AI-powered solutions for document analysis, summarisation, and workflow automation, integrating LLMs with enterprise data and systems.

You will work with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio and Azure DevOps, writing robust Python code and ensuring security, governance and compliance. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience deploying AI solutions into production.
• Strong hands-on software engineering, ideally Python.
• Experience with Microsoft AI technologies: Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure DevOps.
• Experience with LLMs, NLP and generative AI applications.
• Experience integrating AI into existing applications and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of secure software development, data protection and scalable architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and delivery-focused approach.

Are you a hands-on AI Engineer who enjoys building and deploying real-world AI solutions rather than simply talking about their potential?

We are working with a prestigious international professional services organisation looking for an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to help design, develop and deploy secure, scalable AI solutions across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key technical role in delivering practical AI applications, leveraging Microsoft technologies, large language models (LLMs) and intelligent automation to transform business processes.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven commercial experience developing and deploying AI solutions into production.
• Strong hands-on software engineering skills, ideally using Python.
• Practical experience with Microsoft AI technologies, particularly Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with LLMs, natural language processing and generative AI applications.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing applications, business processes and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of secure software development, data protection and scalable solution architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into working technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, delivery-focused approach.

Experience within legal, financial or other professional services environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

Importantly, this is a hands-on engineering and delivery role, not a purely strategic AI or innovation position. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate AI solutions they have personally built, deployed and supported in production.
