Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, ML, creative tech, animation, film, digital media, advertising or related field.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI models (image/video/audio generation).
• Experience taking AI applications toward production-grade use (reliability, latency, cost, monitoring, safety).
• Proficiency in Python or other relevant language; experience integrating model APIs or ML frameworks.
• Understanding of generative media workflows: prompting, conditioning, reference inputs, model selection, evaluation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales discovery and solution design: translate business needs into technical requirements and compelling AI proposals.
• Generative media prototyping: build prototypes using multimodal generation models for advertising, product imagery, virtual try-on, storyboarding.
• Production delivery: help move from prototype to production with API integration, reliable workflows, latency and cost considerations.
• Agentic solution development: design practical agentic systems around media workflows including orchestration, tool use, memory, and monitoring.
• Model evaluation and optimization: compare models/workflows, improve prompts and configurations, communicate trade-offs to customers.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with product, research, engineering, GTM; bring customer insights to development.
• Industry learning and thought leadership: stay current with generative media models and production practices; turn capabilities into customer use cases.
