Hitachi Solutions Europe Limited seeks AI/ML consultants to translate client needs into scalable AI architectures and implement end-to-end data platforms on Azure. You will guide teams through design, development, and deployment stages, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI solutions into existing systems and workflows and deploying them at scale using Azure services.
• Demonstrable experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages for data analysis, ML and GenAI.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, preferably Azure, for data science and ML.
• Experience with one or more generative AI and LLM frameworks and tools.
• Experience with machine learning concepts and techniques.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling tools and techniques.
• Understanding of ethical considerations and compliance requirements in AI, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with data integration tools like Azure Data Factory and data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Copilot stack, including Copilot Studio.
• Microsoft Certification related to Azure AI or AI Copilot is a plus.
• Experience within a consultancy setting or demonstrable consulting skillset is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture client requirements and lead the development of solution architectures that meet current and future business needs.
• Provide expert advisory services to clients on AI best practices, ensuring scalable solutions.
• Lead teams and projects from requirements to design and implementation.
• Define high-value business scenarios that can benefit from AI solutions (ML and GenAI).
• Explore and analyse data using tools like Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Foundry.
• Implement data pipelines to automate ML and GenAI solutions using Azure ML Pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Run experiments and monitor ML performance using Azure ML and Application Insights.
• Operationalise and deploy AI solutions with secure CI/CD practices.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and customers.
