Job summary

Akereos Capital is seeking a senior AI Solutions Architect/Developer to design, build, and embed AI-driven automation across our transaction workflows and office operations. The role blends advisory work with hands-on development in a hybrid setup, requiring collaboration with bankers and operations staff to identify friction and deliver end-to-end automation.

Qualifications

Proven track record in AI solution architecture and automation in financial services.

Responsibilities

Act as internal AI consultant to senior staff and deal teams; translate workflows into automation.
Design and build AI-powered tools and agentic workflows using Microsoft stack.
Own cloud architecture: hosting, security, identity, and data governance for AI systems.
Automate document-heavy processes using OCR and RAG over SharePoint/OneDrive content.
Build lighter automations with Power Platform where suitable.
Integrate with Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and CRM via Microsoft Graph API.
Present findings and trade-offs to senior stakeholders in plain business language.
Manage the automation roadmap end to end: discovery, build, deployment, change adoption.
