What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, analysing and mapping business processes, project scoping, and collaborating across teams to identify areas for AI and analytics to drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work.You will work to identify and prioritise AI and analytic solutions and support the team through to implementation. Your role will involve documenting requirements with a focus on current state analysis, business problem statements, and stakeholder experiences. You will be a beacon for change management through identifying and defining key areas for improvements in operations and data-driven decision-making.

What you offer

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with experience working as part of a project team in scrum
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services sector or a similar regulated field
  • Prior experience implementing AI and/or analytics solutions, particularly those related to operational efficiencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with self-starter growth mindset
  • Understanding of AI and data science technologies and methodologies and staying abreast of latest analytical techniques.
  • Ability to effectively communicate AI and analytic solutions to ensure they align with business objectives
  • Prior experience in quickly understanding business processes, effectively communicating them through process mapping and requirements documentation
