This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join an online digital higher education organization as they expand their project team. They are hiring both a Business Analyst and a Project Manager within the same team.

Role Details

This role involves supporting internal project change transformations, focusing on reviewing and improving People, Processes, and Technology to align with the company's growth strategy. You will conduct organizational reviews of structures, workflows, tools, and teams, supporting projects aimed at operational excellence and scalable growth.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will identify improvement opportunities, support change initiatives, and help align organizational elements for future readiness. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on the organization’s efficiency and resilience.

Role Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within digital or education sectors.
