Randstad Technologies is seeking a Technical CISO Lead to embed within our AI and Cyber Transformation program in London. You will shape enterprise AI security architecture, lead end-to-end transformation, and design secure-by-default systems across hybrid/cloud environments.

Ideally you bring hands-on AI threat experience, strong governance in line with NIST and ISO27001, and the ability to communicate complex risks to the C-suite.

Formación

• Advanced Program Management (P3) experience delivering complex cyber transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with AI threat vectors and hybrid cloud security.
• Deep knowledge of NIST and ISO 27001 standards.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical teams and senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Define guardrails for AI security frameworks and lead AI security architecture.
• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives and align with enterprise security goals.
• Design secure-by-default hybrid/cloud architectures and governance models.
• Translate risk into business decisions for C-suite stakeholders.
