Citi is seeking an AI Security Specialist in London to lead security governance and risk management for AI-enabled platforms across multiple teams. The role emphasizes building secure AI capabilities and ensuring robust security controls in production environments.

The position combines deep technical security work with architecture leadership, reporting to the CISO, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with a strong emphasis on delivering secure AI that scales across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex, novel security architectures for AI/ML-enabled systems.
• Experience defining AI governance/model-evaluation frameworks and security controls.
• Depth across offensive security and detection/SecOps.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement AI security governance across Citi's four CISO teams.
• Lead offensive security, vulnerability management, and validation for AI-enabled platforms.
• Design production-grade containment, monitoring, and governance for agentic AI.
• Collaborate with CISOs and engineering to deploy secure AI capabilities at scale.
