You will drive end-to-end AI security transformation, design secure-by-default systems, and set governance across hybrid cloud environments. This role collaborates with C-suite to align security strategy with business goals.

Hybrid work, 3 days in-office, London with flexibility to Birmingham & Sheffield, contract ~6 months.

Qualifications

• Advanced Program Management (P3): Proven track record delivering complex cyber transformation programs.
• AI & Cloud Security Focus: Hands-on experience with AI threat vectors, modern control frameworks, and hybrid cloud security.
• Standards Expertise: Deep knowledge of NIST and ISO 27001.
• Communication Skills: Bridge gap between technical engineering teams and senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI Security: SME on AI frameworks, defining guardrails as capabilities evolve.
• Lead Transformation: Manage strategic cyber initiatives, governance, dependencies, and milestone delivery.
• Architect Secure Systems: Design hybrid/cloud architectures aligned with NIST and ISO 27001.
• Guide & Engineer: Champion automation across IAM, network, endpoint, and data security.
