CuspAI is seeking a Security Engineer to protect our frontier AI platform and IP while enabling rapid innovation. You will help design shift-left security across pipelines and collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to implement robust defenses.

As an early security hire, you will shape CI/CD guardrails, IAM controls, and asset protection, ensuring compliance with industry standards while keeping development fast and agile.

Formación

• 3+ years in DevSecOps, Cloud Security or SRE in fast-growing setups.
• Proven CI/CD security experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• Strong IaC skills (Terraform, Pulumi) and secure cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Deep knowledge of container security and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Practical experience applying security frameworks without slowing development.

Responsabilidades

• Secure end-to-end ML/AI security pipelines and IP protection measures.
• Build guardrails for prompt injection and runtime protections.
• Implement AI Security Posture Management for models and data.
• Integrate security into CI/CD workflows and IaC for compliance.
• Lead security culture and incident response with researchers and engineers.
