Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an AI DevOps Engineer to own the deployment, operations, and reliability of the AI‑SDLC platform as it scales from local teams to a centralized enterprise service.

You will build and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability to keep the platform secure, available, and performant. You will automate deployments, manage multi‑tenant hosting, and support production with governance, SLAs, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and operating AI‑SDLC platforms.
• Strong experience in multi‑tenant, hosted enterprise services.
• Ability to manage security, governance, and enterprise SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-SDLC deployment, operations, and platform reliability (uptime, performance, incident response).
• Manage infrastructure, monitoring, observability, and operational/on-call support.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for platform releases.
• Drive the shift to a centralised, hosted AI-SDLC service — scalability, multi-tenancy, cost, and resilience.
