Job summary

Elavon, a global payments leader, is seeking an AI DevOps Engineer to own the deployment, operations, and reliability of the AI‑SDLC platform as it moves to a centralized hosted service. You will build and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability, ensure enterprise SLAs and security, and support multi‑team adoption across products.

Candidates bring strong Terraform, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and scripting skills, with a focus on reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• CI/CD pipelines knowledge with GitLab/Jenkins/Harness.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• AWS cloud platform experience (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM).
• Observability and monitoring with OpenTelemetry and CloudWatch.
• Scripting in Python and/or Bash.
• Security and compliance operations including PCI DSS controls.
• Reliability engineering with SLIs/SLOs and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-SDLC deployment, operations, and platform reliability (uptime, performance, incident response).
• Manage infrastructure, monitoring, observability, and on-call support.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for platform releases.
• Drive centralized hosted AI-SDLC service for scalability and multi-tenancy.
