Faculty is seeking an Associate in its AI Safety team to scope, build and deliver impactful AI projects for clients in the industry, focusing on frontier model evaluations and cross-over work with Government & Public Services clients.

You’ll build trusted client relationships, analyze requirements, and translate them into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams, helping ensure bespoke AI tools operate effectively in real-world operations.

Formación

• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience applying AI safely in practical settings.
• Familiarity with client-facing project delivery and collaboration.
