Job summary

Runway is expanding its AI-driven SaaS sales team in the UK. You will own a fast-moving book of 40–60 mid-market accounts, closing 25–40 deals annually, with a path toward larger standard deal sizes as we move upmarket.

You’ll operate in a pod with a dedicated Mid-Market Engagement Manager to maximize earnings and customer value. The role demands native sales instincts, rapid qualification, and a track record of 20+ closed deals per year across multi-channel prospecting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience in SaaS/AI.
• Quota attainment of 100%+.
• Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise.
• Proven track record of 20+ closed deals annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of 40–60 mid-market and emerging accounts.
• Close 25–40 deals a year and drive larger deal sizes over time.
• Collaborate with a pod and Engagement Manager to maximize ROI and value.
• Qualify quickly and accurately; optimize calendar as a scarce resource.
• Push deal size up through use-case expansion and volume plays.
• Convert product signals into pipeline and forecast growth.
• Work with your pod’s Engagement Manager to hit consumption targets and unlock commissions.
