Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an Senior Data Product Manager to own AI-ready data products across enterprise domains. You will define roadmaps, translate AI needs into data requirements, and ensure data is trusted, governed, and available for analytics, product, and engineering teams.

This role partners across security, privacy, governance, and clinical/operational stakeholders to enable responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in data product management, data ownership, analytics, data governance, data engineering, or related roles.
5–10+ years owning data products, data domains, analytics products, data platforms, or data-enabled capabilities.
Experience with data quality, data lineage, metadata, data definitions, source system analysis, and data contracts.
Experience partnering with product, engineering, analytics, governance, security, privacy, operations and stakeholders.
Healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or regulated industries experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own data domains and define product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics for AI-ready data products.
Translate AI use-case needs into data requirements, contracts, and remediation priorities.
Ensure data elements are governed, discoverable, and fit for AI consumption across teams.
Monitor quality, freshness, availability, latency, and reliability of data products.
Coordinate with governance and security to ensure compliant data access and usage.
