Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in data science, ML, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered or agentic capabilities within enterprise data environments.
• Experience developing models, analytical frameworks, datasets, features, metrics, or decision-support methods.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI use-case objectives into data science problem statements, modeling approaches, and success metrics.
• Develop predictive models, segmentation approaches, and statistical analyses, including causal inference.
• Prototype, validate, and productionalize data science, generative AI, and agent methods in partnership with engineering teams.
• Build and evaluate LLM/agent-based solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation and tool calls.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, and operational partners to translate analytics into workflow improvements.
• Design evaluation suites and dashboards to monitor AI-enabled products and outcomes.
• Mentor peers and contribute to BSWH’s data science practice with reusable standards.
