Job summary
Cigna Healthcare seeks an AI-enabled Quality Engineering specialist to accelerate the adoption of AI across QE, improving testing, automation, and delivery outcomes. You will work with Scrum teams to implement AI-powered solutions and establish governance for responsible AI use.
The role emphasizes defining standards, delivering accelerators, and enabling continuous improvement of QE practices with KPI-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Strong QE principles and best practices across software delivery.
- Experience with AI-driven QE solutions and prompting techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD in modern QE.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled Quality Engineering practices to improve quality, automation, scalability, operational efficiency, and engineering effectiveness.
- Define standards, guidance, best practices, and guardrails for AI use within QE activities.
- Design, develop, prototype, and evaluate AI-enabled solutions, accelerators, workflows, templates, and PoCs for testing and automation.
- Integrate AI tools into QE processes to improve testing effectiveness and productivity.
- Partner with Scrum teams to drive continuous improvement across QE, automation, and CI/CD.
- Monitor adoption and outcomes via KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics.
- Lead workshops and knowledge-sharing to build AI capability across teams.
