Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance to drive QA for AI annotation and evaluation across multiple use cases. You will define schemas, review outputs, and set reusable prompt frameworks aligned with compliance.

Collaborate with data scientists, content reviewers and product teams; lead calibration sessions, establish quality benchmarks, and mentor junior annotators while advancing continuous improvement in a fast-moving AI environment in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer engineering, CS, or IT.
• Masters in software engineering preferred.
• Certifications in software testing are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage project deliverables.
• Lead the design, optimization, and standardization of annotation process and prompts across multiple AI use cases.
• Collaborate with AI team to define evaluation rubrics and schemas.
• Review high-risk AI outputs and provide quality judgments.
• Mentor and coach junior annotators / prompt engineers.
