Job summary

Fremantle is seeking a hands-on AI Productivity Leader to drive adoption of AI in back-office functions. You will prototype agents, develop lightweight tools, and automate workflows with Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, Claude and Power Automate.

You will lead a small team, align with IT, and build a central governance network. You will partner with HR and Finance to track impact, set incentives, and scale successful automations across labels, ensuring responsible governance and measurable

Qualifications

• Strong data background with SQL and Python
• Experience designing AI agents and agentic workflows
• Proven ability to prototype and ship lightweight tools quickly
• Experience automating processes using Power Automate/Apps/Logic Apps
• Ability to map workflows and drive adoption across a federated org
• Proven line-management and coaching experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI productivity governance network across functions
• Partner with central productivity capability to implement scalable solutions
• Define a tooling and automation roadmap with IT alignment
• Prototype and hand off working tools to scale-up teams
• Build and maintain upskilling and communication on AI productivity
