Job summary

Fremantle Group in the United Kingdom seeks a highly organised coordinator to support and coordinate our Productivity AI initiatives. You will manage discovery, run regular group cadences, maintain a central register, and build a network of internal champions, ensuring updates and wins are visible to leadership.

You will also onboard new champions, coordinate training logistics, and proactively flag risks to keep projects on track, all while juggling multiple workstreams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a coordination, project support, operations or programme administration role.
• Exceptionally organised with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating meetings or working groups end to end: scheduling, agendas, minutes, follow-up.
• A tracker or register held accurately with simple progress or adoption reporting.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Sheets with filters, formulas and basic charts.

Responsibilities

• Needs-gathering & discovery: surface pain points and turn conversations into a live backlog.
• Coordination & cadence: run head office groups, manage agendas, actions and follow-ups.
• Central register, tracking & reporting: maintain ideas and live automations with status.
• Network & communications: onboard champions and manage the champions directory.
• Other: flag risks early and keep the programme calendar visible across forums.
