Job summary

Fremantle in London is seeking a dynamic coordinator to accelerate AI adoption across back‑office functions. You will gather needs, translate them into clear build requests, and help keep projects on track by coordinating owners, agendas and follow‑ups.

You will maintain the master registry of ideas, track usage and time saved, onboard champions, and manage a central communications channel for AI productivity tools while coordinating upskilling with HR.

• Runs regular check-ins with labels and head-office functions to surface pain points and opportunities, turning conversations into a live, prioritised backlog for the Lead and Exec.
• Coordinates agendas, actions, minutes and follow-ups to keep the programme moving week to week.
• Owns and maintains the master register of ideas, in‑flight builds, live automations and their status.
• Onboards new champions and maintains the champions network directory, coordinating events and updates for AI productivity tools.
