Job summary

Fremantle Group is seeking an experienced AI Productivity Leader to drive the adoption of AI-powered workflows within back-office functions. You will prototype agents, coordinate with IT, Finance, Legal and other teams, and scale successful tools across the organisation.

You will manage a small team, supervise automation projects end-to-end, and champion data-driven improvements with strong stakeholder engagement and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role leading AI productivity adoption across back-office functions.
• Prototyping agents and lightweight tools to automate processes.
• Partnering with IT, HR and business units to scale tools and practices.
• Strong data background with ability to work with engineers and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and chair cross-functional AI productivity meetings.
• Build and lead the Head Office Productivity Working Group.
• Define and govern the automation roadmap and sign-off boundaries.
• Track impact: adoption, time saved and benefits to finance stakeholders.
