Lloyds Banking Group is seeking Principal Engineers to join its AI Productivity Lab in the Data & AI Team of the CTO. You will provide hands-on technical leadership for building domain-specific agents and tooling, and for developing internal knowledge repositories to enable safe automation aligned to business SOPs.
You will partner with line-of-business champions to embed agents into team processes, define MVPs, and measure benefits while mentoring engineers and shaping the technology direction
Formación
- Hands-on leadership delivering tech solutions in complex production environments.
- Experience with agentic coding and coworking tools.
- Knowledge of risk management in financial services is a plus.
- Strong collaboration with stakeholders to translate opportunities into MVPs.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the engineering of coworking solutions (agents, tools and automations) for priority business areas.
- Design and build reusable capabilities for the Lab's platform and repository.
- Apply hands-on experience to evaluate options and accelerate delivery.
- Partner with business stakeholders to shape use cases and measure outcomes.
- Coach and mentor engineers through technical direction and code reviews.
