Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an AI Product Manager for Autonomous Agents in London to lead design, development, and reliability of production-grade agentic solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable workflows, partnering with data science, engineering, and controls teams to ensure performance, safety, and compliance.

The role spans pilot to production, with emphasis on governance, risk, and cross-functional collaboration within a regulated financial institution.

Qualifications

• Expertise in product management for data products or technology delivery.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered, autonomous, or agentic systems to production.
• Ability to design evaluations for agentic systems and reason about drift.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle from training to deployment and monitoring.
• Knowledge of data governance, pipeline stability, and quality propagation.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, features, and roadmaps for AI use cases.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from pilot through production, owning agent behavior.
• Build agents and supporting infrastructure, including services and APIs.
• Drive model validation, performance monitoring, drift detection, and improvements.
• Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI-driven efficiency or revenue opportunities.
• Run user feedback sessions and translate insights into product improvements.
• Define success metrics and measure business impact including reliability and adoption.
• Ensure alignment with data governance, compliance, and risk standards.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Data Science, Controls, and business teams.
