The National Wealth Fund in Leeds is seeking an AI Enablement & Product Manager on a 12-month FTC to accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI agents across the Fund.

You will identify priority business needs, shape feasible use cases with governance colleagues, oversee discovery through to operational adoption, and measure business benefits with a focus on security and resilience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in product management, transformation, or digital business analysis.
• Proven ability to scale Microsoft AI use cases from discovery to adoption.
• Understanding enterprise AI, governance, and security considerations.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery to identify AI opportunities across functions.
• Challenge assumptions and define underlying business problems.
• Act as product lead for prioritised AI initiatives with clear requirements and success criteria.
• Support Copilot and AI agent products from discovery to business ownership.
• Design experiments to validate need, usability and adoption.
• Track adoption, productivity, and benefits.
• Coordinate adoption across AI Champions, governance and suppliers.
