Job summary
Capital on Tap is seeking an AI Product Engineer to help the engineering and product teams leverage AI effectively across products and services. The role focuses on agentic systems, orchestration, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality software faster, with hands-on coding and architecture work.
This position is hybrid, based in London with two days per week in the Moorgate offices. You will own implementation decisions, collaborate across engineering and QA, and drive measurable
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
- Experience building agentic systems.
- Experience driving engineering initiatives across teams.
- Focus on delivering concrete, measurable results.
- Proactive, supportive, and collaborative teammate.
Responsibilities
- Develop agentic systems and orchestration layers to ship faster.
- Build "AI on Tap", Capital on Tap’s internal AI enablement hub.
- Work with QA and Platform to integrate agentic testing and verification.
- Own build-vs-buy recommendations, from evaluation through to buy-in.
- Tackle tech debt and CI/CD to unblock work.
