Job summary
Hackajob Ltd seeks a leader to advance AI integration across our business services, making capabilities consumable by AI agents. You will define exposure and packaging for agent-based consumption and assess MCP options based on customer fit and technical trade-offs.
Build prototypes for client testing and drive data-driven decisions. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure regulatory alignment and responsible AI practices, shaping end-to-end evaluation pipelines and performance
Qualifications
- Experience building or evaluating AI/ML-powered products.
- Deep understanding of LLMs and generative AI concepts.
- Proficiency with Claude tools and AI-assisted development.
- Ability to define evaluation frameworks and metrics.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Track record implementing AI solutions to drive transformation.
- Experience leading AI-related risk governance.
- Degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Business or related field.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for AI integration across services.
- Package capabilities for AI agent consumption.
- Evaluate MCP options based on customer fit and trade-offs.
- Build prototypes for internal and external clients.
- Collect structured feedback to inform data-driven decisions.
- Ensure integrations comply with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Develop end-to-end evaluation framework for AI services.
- Design evaluation pipelines for accuracy, recall, and explainability.
- Define KPIs across latency, accuracy, hallucination, and coverage.
- Drive continuous improvement from results and feedback.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
- Support MCP App integrations and UI surface capabilities.
- Shape MCP tool and resource surface area, exposing capabilities.
- Partner with engineering for MCP server and MCP App implementations.
- Validate MCP integrations with partner AI systems.
- Prototype capabilities using Claude tools to accelerate delivery.
- Mentor peers on AI practices and AI Skills.
- Engage with Pre-Sales for technical discovery sessions.
- Align with Commercial Strategy on market priorities.
