Job summary

Raylo Group is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Operations professional in Belfast to own end-to-end logistics reporting, manage performance of fulfilment partners, and drive automation with AI tools. You will work closely with Operations, Risk and Finance to scale the network and improve delivery metrics.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in consumer tech or eCommerce, a STEM or analytical degree, strong Excel skills, and be adept at supplier management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in consumer tech or eCommerce.
• Degree in STEM or another highly analytical discipline.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage external supplier and courier relationships and handle conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Own third party logistics and courier reporting end to end, incl. accuracy and distribution to stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day performance of fulfilment partners and couriers, incl. reverse logistics.
• Lead or support business review meetings with partners.
• Use AI tools (Claude, BigQuery, SQL) to build automation for reporting.
• Identify delivery risks and SLA slippage before they affect customer experience.
• Escalate and resolve underperformance with a clear process.
• Support cross-functional projects like onboarding new partners or scaling the network.
• Build relationships with Operations, Risk and Finance.
