Job summary

Camlin Group in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Business Analyst to transform supply chain data into actionable insights. You will work with Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality and Operations to analyse performance, identify trends and support strategic initiatives.

You will develop dashboards, report on KPIs, and collaborate across departments to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis or supply chain analytics.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operations environments.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for reporting and data manipulation.
• Experience with data models, database structures and statistical analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse supply chain and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports for decision-making.
• Collect, interpret and report on key business and supply chain KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support data-driven strategies.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.
• Support BI activities through quantitative analysis and reporting.
• Evaluate opportunities and contribute to strategic improvement projects.
• Conduct statistical analysis and maintain records for metrics.
• Develop and document SOPs relating to data collection and analysis.
• Support standard work and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reporting platforms.
• Follow health and safety procedures in a structured working environment.
