Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Product Manager to lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of internal AI solutions for colleagues across the business. You will partner with engineering and domain teams to define problems, shape roadmaps, and measure impact in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering software in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery, define crisp problems, and convert ambiguity into roadmaps and shipped outcomes.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and modern AI product concepts for enterprise use.
• Experience building or product-managing AI-enabled workflow tools, agents, and automation systems in an enterprise context.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to understand workflows, pain points, and jobs to be done, and translate them into product opportunities.
• Create and manage a prioritized roadmap of high-impact use cases, balancing speed, feasibility, and reusability.
• Define success metrics and reporting for each solution and use data to iterate quickly.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery in an agile operating model with engineers and stakeholders.
