Job summary

Dexata is seeking an experienced MarTech Solutions Architect to lead technical strategy, enterprise CDP implementations, and modern data collection architectures for clients. You will own end-to-end blueprints, ensure measurable ROI, and champion AI-enabled MarTech use cases across customer journeys.

The role emphasizes governance, data hygiene, and regulatory compliance (UK GDPR/PECR), with a hybrid working culture and opportunities to work with tier-one clients in the UK and globally.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading martech architecture and CDP/MAP implementations.
• Ability to design end-to-end data collection architectures and integrations.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled MarTech applications and ROI realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, schema modelling, identity resolution, and deployment of enterprise CDPs and MAPs.
• Architect and implement robust first-party and server-side tracking pipelines using sGTM, Stape, and APIs.
• Design end-to-end data flows across web/mobile touchpoints, CRM/ERP backends, and data warehouses.
• Establish governance, data hygiene, and regulatory compliance (UK GDPR/PECR).
• Identify and present AI-driven MarTech use cases for journey orchestration and personalization.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and measurable KPIs.
• Lead discovery workshops and guide engineering teams through build, QA, and UAT.
