• Own month-end close and delivery of accurate management accounts.
• Partner with FP&A to provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Manage regulatory reporting and work closely with auditors for compliance.
• Review and implement scalable finance processes utilizing AI tools.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.
