Harnham is leading a pivotal transformation journey in the United Kingdom, seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to help reshape processes, operating models and technology capabilities across high-profile programmes.

You will gather requirements, run workshops with senior stakeholders, map processes and design future-state solutions while supporting AI-driven improvements to drive efficiency and value across the organisation.

Qualifications

Strong business analysis experience within transformation or complex systems projects.
Bachelor-level degree or higher from a recognised university.
Proven ability to gather requirements, influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
Experience facilitating workshops with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business requirements across transformation programmes.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions.
Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, processes and acceptance criteria.
Analyse current-state processes, systems and operating models for optimisation opportunities.
Design future-state processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Support AI-driven solutions, automation initiatives and process improvements.
Collaborate with programme managers, project teams and stakeholders for delivery.
Contribute to business cases, benefits realisation and solution evaluations.
Perform impact assessments, dependency analysis and change readiness activities.
Support testing, implementation and user adoption activities.
Produce high-quality project documentation and maintain governance.
