Job summary

Complexio is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects, coordinating with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to deliver use cases on time and within scope.

You will translate customer needs into actionable plans, manage expectations, and communicate progress throughout the lifecycle. This role offers a central position interfacing with leadership and clients in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong PM experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and balancing technical execution with business impact.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and scope.
• Bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to align objectives and outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on impact and client needs.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to requirements.
• Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and resolve blockers.
