Slingshot AI is hiring a hands-on creative leader to own the end-to-end production of performance-focused content for Ash, our mental health AI. You will build repeatable systems, source outside talent, and drive creative experimentation across networks to scale paid demand.

You will shape the visual and verbal direction for Ash, working closely with media buying, design, and engineering to outperform CAC targets while delivering compelling user experiences across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven track record creating performance-driven ads that meet CAC goals.
• Experience scaling creative output from near-zero to high-volume monthly production.
• Strong copywriting and concept development for paid media.
• Familiarity with multiple ad networks and their creative requirements.
• Comfort leading a hands-on creative team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the creative engine end-to-end: concept, copy, production, launch, and iteration.
• Build a repeatable system for fast, high-quality output with tested angles and real user language.
• Produce static and video content on the AI stack to sustain paid demand.
• Craft hooks, headlines, overlays, and scripts in the voice of target users.
• Optimize across networks by tailoring creative to each platform's strengths.
• Guide the full funnel from first frame to paying user and adjust the funnel to fit creative.
