Job summary

Xelix is seeking a Product Operations Lead to design and automate the AI-native product development workflow. You will partner with PM, Tech Lead and Designer to build scalable systems, empower Trios and ship tooling to accelerate decision-making.

You’ll own the data-and-insights stack, automate reporting, and ensure predictable launches. This role combines product, AI, and engineering collaboration within a fast-growing scale-up.

Qualifications

• Led product operations in a scaling B2B SaaS company and built systems in use after you left.
• Fluent in AI with practical experience building usable AI-driven products.
• Able to automate repetitive work and build tooling to reduce manual tasks.
• Hands-on, shipping-first mindset with a bias for action and impact.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Turn spec-driven work into documented, taught, and measured practices for PM, Design and Tech.
• Build and maintain the agent and skills library and the discovery-to-learn cycle.
• Own the tooling portfolio (Notion, Shortcut, Metabase, Gong) including access and cost.
• Redefine PDLC/SDLC with Engineering to remove bottlenecks in AI-native delivery.
• Automate Trios adoption and evolution of PDLC/SDLC and provide self-serve insights.
