Radiant is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to shape the architecture of an AI-native cloud platform. You will lead design and implementation across a globally distributed environment, focusing on HPC and AI/ML workloads, with a strong emphasis on automation and security.

In this hybrid role, you will mentor teams, collaborate with engineering leaders, and deliver scalable infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in infrastructure architecture and design with detailed proposals.
• Extensive expertise in large-scale AI-native, HPC and cloud-native deployments.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, container networking and service mesh.
• IaC proficiency with Terraform and Ansible; strong automation background.
• Hands-on coding experience in Go or Python for automation.

Responsabilités

• Architect and implement virtualisation solutions optimized for AI-native workloads and HPC.
• Lead lifecycle management of bare-metal hardware and Unix/Linux configurations.
• Design cloud-native storage and networking with SDN and high performance.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure delivery and ensure global operations.
• Drive security hardening, IAM, and supply chain safety across clusters.
