Job summary

Zenith presents an exciting opportunity for an AI & Microsoft Training Specialist to shape apprenticeship pathways. You will design, deliver and continuously improve high‑impact learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes for learners and employer partners.

Based in the North East, this office‑based role involves travel across the region. You will collaborate with the Apprenticeship Manager and delivery teams to enable learners to adopt Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI‑driven

Qualifications

Level5 qualification or equivalent experience required.
Experience delivering training within apprenticeships or workforce development.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Understanding of Microsoft Copilot and its workplace productivity applications.
Experience supporting learners to achieve structured learning outcomes.
Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment across AI and digital apprenticeship programmes.
Embed Microsoft Copilot and AI tools into apprenticeship delivery and learner activities.
Support learners through onboarding, progression and end‑point assessment preparation.
Maintain a strong focus on learner outcomes, achievement and progression.
Design and develop engaging, industry‑relevant learning content aligned to apprenticeship standards.
