Role Overview

The successful candidate will be the fourth hire in a team of three, working closely with the team lead and collaborating across full-stack AI development. Responsibilities include prototyping models, developing production pipelines, and ensuring deployment success. Success in this role means delivering robust, scalable ML solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Skills & Experience

• Lead development of machine learning models, from initial prototyping to deployment.
• Manage full lifecycle including model deployment pipelines and production integration.
• Build scalable ML solutions, incorporating Gen AI and traditional ML techniques.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to a highly integrated development environment.
• Apply strong mathematical and academic foundations to solve complex ML problems.
• Demonstrate experience with backend engineering in ML/AI contexts.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in ML/AI engineering.
• Strong background in ML/AI with proficiency across the full lifecycle.
