Placements24 is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for a fully remote role with a leading AI research and development company. Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML models, and work on large datasets to advance the ML lifecycle from data preprocessing to deployment.

You should hold a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field, 5+ years in ML engineering, and deep experience with Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in CS, Data Science, ML, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python proficiency with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras).
• Experience with Pandas/NumPy for data manipulation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote, collaborative environment.

• Strong proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras).
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and evaluation metrics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with data pipelines and MLOps practices is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Publications in reputable AI/ML conferences or journals are a plus.
