Location: London / Flexible Hybrid
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive + potential profit share
An established and growing consultancy is looking to strengthen its Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capability with the addition of a Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer.
This is a particularly exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than simply joining an established AI team. You’ll have the chance to play a key role in building and shaping the organisation’s AI capability, working across complex projects and helping develop solutions that can be taken directly into client environments.
You’ll work across a variety of AI and Machine Learning projects, taking complex business problems and identifying, building and implementing the most appropriate technical solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
The priority for this position is strong hands-on AI and Machine Learning expertise rather than a generalist Data Science background.
You'll ideally have:
A Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related discipline would be advantageous.
Previous consultancy, professional services or Big Four experience would also be beneficial, although technical AI expertise is the key priority.
This is an opportunity to join at an important stage in the development of the organisation's AI offering.
Rather than being another engineer within a large existing function, you'll have the opportunity to influence how the capability develops, work across varied projects and gain significant exposure as the business expands its AI offering.
There is strong scope for professional growth, increased responsibility and longer-term financial upside, including potential profit share.
The role offers a flexible working arrangement, with the organisation looking to build more of its capability around London.
There is no fixed requirement to attend the same office several days each week, although candidates should be comfortable travelling into London and attending client sites across the UK when required.
