Job summary

Northeastern University London is seeking a Programme Director and Assistant/Associate Professor of Practice to lead the AI Leadership courses within the Centre for Apprenticeships and the Innovation & Enterprise team in London.

The role combines academic leadership with industry experience to design, deliver, and scale executive education focused on AI strategy, governance, and transformation for senior clients and partner institutions.

Qualifications

• Substantial industry or practitioner experience in AI, digital transformation, or technology strategy.
• Experience designing and delivering executive education or employer‑facing programs is desirable.
• FHEA or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI leadership programming for executives and senior managers.
• Oversee three AI Leadership Apprenticeship Units (AI Strategy, Adoption & Governance, Delivery & Transformation).
• Collaborate with Centre for Apprenticeships and Innovation & Enterprise to scale programs and partnerships.
