You will manage cross‑functional teams, SMEs, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance across fast‑moving financial services environments.

Qualifications

• IT Project Management experience delivering complex, multi‑workstream projects.
• Experience managing projects in a Wealth Management organisation.
• Strong background in infrastructure projects (network, cloud, endpoint, security).
• Demonstrable experience delivering AI or automation rollouts.
• Experience managing MSP transitions or major vendor onboarding programmes.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical jargon into business language.
• Strong governance, risk management and change control knowledge.
• Experience in regulated or high‑security environments (financial services beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Support rollout of AI solutions, define use cases, success metrics and adoption strategies.
• Deliver infrastructure‑focused projects (network changes, cloud migrations, security enhancements).
• Support MSP transitions and vendor onboarding programmes, ensuring governance is embedded.
• Lead project steering committees and provide clear reporting to senior leadership.
