Job summary
Tria in Bristol is recruiting a Project Manager to join a growing Transformation and Technology function. You will steer an exciting programme of AI, innovation and digital transformation, shaping how Agile and Scrum are adopted across the business.
The role involves delivering transformation across IT, business services and innovation, working with BA's, IT Solutions, Change and Test teams, and facilitating ceremonies and workshops to drive delivery and adoption of new ways of working.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering technology or transformation projects.
- Strong project management experience.
- Practical Agile/Scrum Master experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Interest in AI and emerging technology.
Responsibilities
- Deliver transformation projects across IT, Business Services and Innovation.
- Collaborate with BAs, IT Solutions, Change and Test teams.
- Support Agile and Scrum delivery, including ceremonies and workshops.
- Take innovative ideas from early stages through to implementation.
- Support AI, automation and emerging technology initiatives.
- Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies and delivery.
- Help improve processes and ways of working across the business.
