Quanta Group is evolving its Transformation Team to deliver strategic IT projects, AI implementations, and a smooth MSP transition. The role requires seasoned project leadership with a strong technical grounding and excellent stakeholder management across finance, IT, and operations.
The position sits within Group IT and reports to the Transformation Team, offering a hybrid work model and exposure to high‑value, regulated financial services initiatives.
Quanta Group is a next-generation financial services Group, responsible for assets under advice of around £17bn and nearly 75,000 clients across platform, DFM and advice.
Quanta Group provides a full wealth management service through three core businesses - an investment platform, financial planning and advice business, and discretionary fund manager.
We’re helping the next generation of financial advisers to grow their business, today.
The Transformation Team drives strategic, organisation‑wide change by coordinating technology, people, and processes to deliver well‑governed, outcome‑driven initiatives. It leads major cross‑functional programmes — from business integration to platform modernisation — ensuring strong governance, alignment to business goals, and measurable delivery outcomes. The team acts as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring programmes are delivered consistently, transparently, and with demonstrable business value.
Group IT is a newly forming department following the creation of the Quanta Group and changes to the way services are provided to subsidiary companies. Group IT will provide Corporate IT services across all group companies and manage the IT service provision from third‑party providers.
The IT Project Manager will support the delivery of technology projects across the organisation, with an immediate focus on AI implementation, infrastructure modernisation, and a managed service provider (MSP) transition programme. This role requires a seasoned project manager with a strong technical grounding, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record delivering complex IT change in fast‑moving environments.
This role is part of the Transformation Team, but has a dotted line report into Group IT.
