Job summary

Quanta Group is evolving its Transformation Team to deliver strategic IT projects, AI implementations, and a smooth MSP transition. The role requires seasoned project leadership with a strong technical grounding and excellent stakeholder management across finance, IT, and operations.

The position sits within Group IT and reports to the Transformation Team, offering a hybrid work model and exposure to high‑value, regulated financial services initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex multi‑workstream IT projects.
• Background in Wealth Management environment is beneficial.
• Experience with AI/automation delivery is desirable.
• Strong governance, risk management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional teams, SMEs, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop RAID logs, governance artefacts and reports.
• Drive change management and user adoption activities.
• Ensure compliance with governance and security standards.
• Support AI programme rollout and engagement with business units.
