Job summary

OXFIDA is seeking a Product Manager to join the EU-region product team, owning AI products for the insurance industry from discovery to launch and growth. You will handle two products at different maturity stages and oversee light-touch ownership of bespoke apps for a UK customer.

You will strengthen product management practices across the team, sharing templates and best practices while partnering with engineering and governance stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable product delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or significantly contributing to products end-to-end.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 and measuring post-launch success.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled products and product practices.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving product processes.
• Strong communication with engineers, stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, positioning and roadmap for assigned products.
• Lead discovery, validation and pilot work with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to launch and improve products, manage backlog.
• Balance bespoke requests with scalable, multi-customer goals.
• Maintain light-touch ownership of production applications for existing customers.
• Develop commercial propositions: target segments, pricing, packaging, GTM.
• Work with governance teams to meet regulatory and ethical standards.
• Build cross-functional relationships to align product direction.
