Job summary

OXFIDA, an AI R&D company, is seeking a Product Designer for the AI Risk Governance Product based in Oxford. You will refine user experiences, design end-to-end workflows, and drive enhancements through launch with product managers, engineers, and governance specialists.

Fluency in Japanese and English is essential for collaboration with colleagues and partners. You will own UX/UI, prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools, and shape concepts from research insights into implementable designs

Qualifications

Experience designing complex workflows
Ability to translate research into product improvements
Strong collaboration with product managers and engineers

Responsibilities

Own UX and UI design for the AI Risk Governance Product from research to implementation.
Design intuitive workflows for automated information gathering and risk analysis.
Shape early product concepts from ambiguous problems and research insights.
Create configurable/admin-facing functionality designs.
Identify shared user needs across enterprise customers and translate into end‑to‑end experiences.
Present complex information clearly to drive actions.
Conduct user research and usability testing in Japanese and English.
Rapidly build interactive prototypes using AI-assisted tools to test ideas.
